Equipment Machinist

At ITT Inc., we're seeking an experienced Machining Operator to join our team in a role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

We're looking for a highly skilled operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in machining components using CNC equipment. As a Machining Operator, you'll be responsible for operating various machines, including lathes, milling machines, and boring machines, to produce high-quality components.

You'll work closely with our production team to ensure that all components meet the required specifications and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in machining and contribute to the success of our organization.

• Operate CNC machines to produce components according to established plans and procedures
• Conduct dimensional measurements and record results accurately
• Verify raw materials against required specifications
• Fill out machining records properly
• Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area at all times
• Clean, organize, and store tools and equipment

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC operator and conventional equipment operator
• Technical career certificate or equivalent
• Ability to interpret machining plans and use measuring instruments
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standard
• Basic knowledge of Windows operation

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
