The Senior Organizational Change Management Strategist at North American Production Sharing will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of SAP systems across various sites, ensuring seamless adoption and process standardization. This critical position demands a highly skilled professional with expertise in organizational change management.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with our corporate methodology and toolkit. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all stakeholders are adequately prepared and equipped to handle the changes brought about by the SAP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a local stakeholder map and engagement plan to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

- Collaborate with site-based Training Coordinators to design and deliver training programs tailored to meet the needs of local stakeholders.

- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Business Readiness:

- Work closely with Site Leadership and end-user groups to assess change readiness and engagement levels.

- Coach and support local SAP Super Users to become change agents who can effectively drive change management activities within their respective teams.

Impacts of Change:

- Identify and assess local impacts of change (IOC) in collaboration with site teams.

- Develop and implement action plans to address IOC and ensure engagement and alignment with site leadership.

Benefits:

- Support the identification and assessment of potential benefits of change.

- Ensure that potential benefits are quantified and prioritized in collaboration with site leadership.

Communications and Engagement:

- Develop and coordinate local communication plans to effectively engage internal and external stakeholder groups.

- Create impactful communications materials as needed to support change management initiatives.

Organizational Alignment:

- Facilitate local role-mapping education activities for Super Users to ensure effective onboarding.

- Oversee the role mapping activity to ensure end users receive necessary SAP access and training.

Training:

- Responsible for developing and scheduling local training plans that meet the needs of site stakeholders.

- Close collaboration with local leadership to ensure users are available for mandatory training.

OCM Governance:

- Identify, implement, track, and report on business readiness through Leadership and OCM Governance forums.

- Proactively manage OCM deliverables for key Toll Gate meetings to ensure successful project outcomes.

Salary:

We offer an attractive annual salary of $120,000 to $150,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
