Export Operations Coordinator Job Description

Coordinate export operations to ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquire accurate and complete export documents.
  2. Release holds during export operations.
  3. Coordinate pick up and dispatch with customs brokers and carriers.
  4. Track shipments and record transit times.
  5. Coordinate material crossings.
  6. Control and verify export documents.
  7. Integrate export files with necessary documentation.
  8. Control and registration of high security adhesive seals.
  9. Generate invoices and air waybills.
  10. Check shipping labels and ensure invoiced material is shipped.
  11. Send data to authorized parties.
  12. Review pediments and maintain updated files.
  13. Deliver complete physical and digital files.

Requirements:

International Trade/Logistics degree and 1 year experience in Customs Agency or Foreign Trade areas.
