The MGR II MFG & PROCESS DVL HIGH SPEED CABLE ASSEMBLIES will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to develop cable assembly processes and production lines. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing engineering teams and driving process improvements.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient cable assembly processes and production lines.
- Lead a team of engineers to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective interface between product development and cable assembly engineering.
- Maintain communication with project management team to understand current and future strategic business needs.
- Bachelor or above degree with mechanical/electric related majors.
- At least 5 years related experience at managerial level in a multinational manufacturing site.
- Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, etc. industrial methods/tools.
- With 2 years or above work experience in high-speed cable assembly production is required.
- Fluent in English and good presentation skills.
