Drive Sales Success with Alfa Laval

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling Alfa Laval products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to develop effective sales plans aligned with our business division strategy and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
  • Analyze and understand market insights and customer buying behavior to develop effective sales plans.
  • Develop technical and value quotes reflecting customer needs, emphasizing unique selling points and following up on quotes.
  • Provide direct support to customers during the quotation process, offering advanced technical support, including sizing and selection.
  • Use CRM tools and other sales support tools consistently and qualitatively to support the sales process and make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • 2 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in a similar position and with a network within the engineering industry or manufacturing field.
  • Robust level of customer experience and experience managing CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with a preference for non-Mexican citizens.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
