Sailpoint Engineer

Role Purpose:

Cybersecurity - Identity & Access Management is a key pillar in cybersecurity that works as a global engineering and development team providing IAM technology & solutions for HSBC. The team supports & develops many of the Bank's most critical IAM infrastructure services, including Active Directory, Privileged Access Management, and Access Governance, aiming to provide high-quality, automated, and self-service solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Engineering IAM solutions to improve the service
• Supporting & providing technical guidance
• Problem solving: Identify potential problems, raise with development, build solutions & lead resolution efforts
• Consulting with end users requesting integration and product enhancements
• Provide guidance on multiple IAM Sailpoint tracks in the bank like JML, Application Onboarding, Access Reviews, SOD Policies
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders & management to understand the business driver
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Sailpoint product in the team
• Understand & implement security controls & process required in IAM Team
• Knowledge on Service Now support

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge in Sailpoint IIQ. In-depth knowledge on JML, Application onboarding along with all the capabilities with SailPoint
• Hands-on support experience on multiple Sailpoint
• Experience with AD, LDAP, ADLDS, Databases
• Self-driven & a person who takes complete ownership of their end-to-end task delivery with minimal guidance & supervision
• Good team player who can collaborate with team members across the globe
• Effective communication skills to work with multiple team members & stakeholders
