Trade Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities Ensure that import and export operations adhere to established timelines and standards for each internal stakeholder and operational type. Monitor and track shipments to guarantee prompt distribution and delivery. Uphold and implement trade compliance throughout all operational activities. Generate, assess, and present reports and metrics to evaluate performance. Perform reconciliations, including SAT GLOSA and verification of commercial invoices. Assist logistics initiatives, including CASS and SCO, providing troubleshooting and training support. Lead and participate in audits and self-assessment programs to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related discipline. Several years of experience in international trade, with a strong understanding of customs laws, regulations, and management of customs brokers/carriers. Excellent collaboration abilities and the capacity to work across various teams and departments to achieve shared objectives. Strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement at all organizational levels. Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven history of handling shifting priorities and performing under pressure. Who You Are
