Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of complex property and casualty insurance cases, including handling high-profile and multi-million pound incidents.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of insurance-related matters, including coverage, liability, defence, and recovery issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with partners and colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services and achieve business objectives.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in property and casualty insurance law.
  • Strong academic record and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of managing complex cases and providing expert legal advice to clients.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
