About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team in Piedras Negras, Coahuila. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating test options to ensure compliance with design specifications. You will work closely with our Validation Product Engineer to identify testing requirements and create test requests. Your role will also involve coordinating testing, summarizing results, and creating reports for internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop test options to meet design specifications
- Work with Validation Product Engineer to identify testing requirements
- Create test requests and coordinate testing
- Summarize testing results and create reports for customers
- Lead decisions on balancing customer testing specifications, LF standards, and international standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in electronics engineering or a related field
- Basic knowledge of solid models and engineering drawings
- Knowledge of statistical techniques, reliability testing, and design of experiments
- Experience in automotive electrical component design or product validation is an asset
- English language proficiency (minimum 85%)
