About the Role

The AdOps Trafficker is responsible for implementing, supervising, and optimizing campaigns, ensuring good communication with internal and external teams, understanding client needs, and executing campaigns in accordance with these needs.

Your main functions will be configuring direct sales and programmatic mobile campaigns under purchase models (CPV, CPC, CPE, and CPM) as well as guaranteeing correct delivery and compliance with brand KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve the best results, maintaining margin and delivery aligned to client needs.
  • Correct implementation of tracking, campaign monitoring with internal and external reports (3-party), such as MOAT, IAS, DV, etc.
  • Proactivity in campaign analysis to provide insights to the sales team.
  • Work hand-in-hand with accounts and sales teams to achieve greater revenue.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • English proficiency.
  • Experience in digital advertising management.
  • Campaign configuration and monitoring skills.
  • Intermediate command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Programmatic, DSP management, SSPs (DV360, Xandr, TTD, etc.) knowledge.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, FB Ads, Ad Servers).
