Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for commodity groups or strategic suppliers to drive business growth and improve supplier relationships.
  2. Coordinate with supplier quality teams to resolve commodity-related issues and implement root cause analysis and error-proofing measures.
  3. Negotiate prices, assess supplier capabilities, and select new suppliers to improve quality, cost-effectiveness, and minimize inventory.
  4. Ensure suppliers meet Carrier requirements for delivery, quality, and cost.
  5. Comply with federal and state laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a high level of integrity and ethics.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commodity management, procurement, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in data analytics and electronic commodity management.
  3. Fluent English language skills.
  4. Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
