Job Summary

In this leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth production processes and high-quality outcomes.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Inspect work orders, determine resource requirements, and address equipment anomalies.
  • Verify completed work orders are accurate, packaged, and approved by Quality Assurance.
  • Supervise quality of work, monitor manufacturing orders, and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Materials department to issue work orders timely and manage employee timecards.
  • Participate in process analysis to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and specifications.
  • Maintain a safe work environment through accident prevention and employee training.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or manufacturing technology.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and basic math calculations.
