CMMS Solutions Engineer Role

This exciting opportunity is available for a skilled CMMS Solutions Engineer to join our team at Integer Holdings Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of manufacturing clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CMMS software, industrial automation, manufacturing processes, or maintenance management. A strong understanding of technical concepts, such as SQL, databases, and programming principles, is also essential. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual who can drive improvements in technology based on their functional understanding. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and define technical specifications for software projects. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders at all levels will be valuable assets in this role.

Responsibilities
As a CMMS Solutions Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing detailed understanding of supported functional areas and business processes
• Designing, developing, and implementing software solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of manufacturing clients
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and define technical specifications for software projects
• Configuring and customizing software platforms to optimize performance and enhance usability for end-users
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during implementation and post-implementation phases

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
• A minimum BS Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Up to 3 years of related experience in CMMS software, industrial automation, manufacturing processes, or maintenance management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and system configuration
