As a key member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of indirect material at a facility. Your expertise will ensure accountability in inventory management, inventory control, data integrity, and proper storage and organization. You will lead a significant team effort, energize associates, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure inventory integrity in the warehouse according to records.
  • Control inventory value and implement actions to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with cyclic counts, review adjustments, and ensure correct analysis.
  • Train your team on various procedures and ensure they know and can execute them.
  • Analyze minimums and maximums of indirect materials and suggest changes to users.
  • Ensure timely material requests, in accordance with the established budget.
  • Ensure your team completes activities on time and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure timely delivery of stock-out materials.
  • Evaluate, develop, and provide feedback to your team.
  • Implement improvements to your process and systems.
  • Review with users obsolete materials and develop consumption plans for excess materials.
  • Audit the correct discharge and disposal of obsolete materials.
