At North American Production Sharing De Mexico Sa De Cv, we are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality management and be proficient in developing tools to track performance.

About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires a professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints, tracking and communicating progress on quality improvements, and developing tools to effectively track performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Track and communicate progress on quality improvements to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop tools and metrics to effectively track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate with customers to update them on the status of their complaints and provide solutions
  • Prepare presentations on quality key performance indicators (KPIs) for upper management
  • Train employees on quality tools and processes to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Prepare customer-related reports, including analysis and recommendations for process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Electromechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management
  • Experience in internal and external auditing
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Soft skills: Teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication
  • US Visa and willingness to travel as required

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
