  • Proactive and consistent communicator with a focus on clear and timely information sharing.
  • Proficiency in procurement and travel and expense platforms.
  • Well-versed in strategic sourcing and purchasing processes.
  • Moderate proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Adaptability and quick problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a global context.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Hands-on experience with procure-to-pay solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Expensify.
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
  • Expertise in the Procurement Travel and Expense (T&E) category.
