About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric Norge AS. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for guiding the team in creating high-value releases, partnering with Product Owners to ensure strategy and execution alignment, and facilitating squad rituals and key events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement by coaching Squads in Agile methodologies to maximize efficiency and self-improvement.
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
  • Facilitate squad rituals and key events.
  • Identify, escalate, and help find resolutions to Squad obstacles.
  • Master Agile processes and fine-tune them to Squad needs while providing tools and methodologies to accelerate Squad delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of product or project development experience is advantageous.
  • Ability and eligibility as a certified Scrum Master or willing to certify.
  • Strong facilitation techniques.
  • Ability to build and lead in a matrix environment.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • Knowledge of an Agile Framework (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), and knowledge of Agile at Scale frameworks (i.e. SAFe, Scrum at Scale, Nexus).
