Manufacturing Production Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the production process and ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Main Responsibilities- Review work orders, analyze personnel, material, and time requirements to optimize production.
- Check equipment and machinery condition, addressing anomalies and collaborating with the Equipment Maintenance team.
- Ensure material is properly placed on the production line and address any delivery issues.
- Verify completed work orders are complete, packaged, and approved by Quality Assurance before capturing them in the system.
- Supervise quality of work, assembly procedures, and test procedures, monitoring manufacturing orders and equipment verification.
- Coordinate with Materials department to issue work orders in a timely manner.
- Manage employee timecards through the electronic time system for payroll.
- Participate with Manufacturing Engineering to analyze processes and improve efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with quality management system procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Maintain a safe work environment, preventing accidents and ensuring employees are properly trained in safety, hygiene, and environmental issues.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or manufacturing technology.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills, including motivating, coaching, and developing team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear instructions and effectively communicate with team members, superiors, and other departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot production issues, implement solutions, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and meet due dates.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including basic understanding of manufacturing software and programs relevant to the industry.
