**Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled Technical Service Manager to join our team at Sig Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our packaging systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement customer service plans to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of our packaging systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical customer service or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
