We are seeking an experienced professional to work as a Customer Service and Patient Liaison in our Monterrey office.
Job Responsibilities:As a Customer Service and Patient Liaison, you will be responsible for communicating directly with doctors and patients of a clinic in the US, providing them with accurate information regarding billing issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A minimum of one year's experience in customer service
- An advanced level of English proficiency (C1)
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
