We are seeking an experienced professional to work as a Customer Service and Patient Liaison in our Monterrey office.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service and Patient Liaison, you will be responsible for communicating directly with doctors and patients of a clinic in the US, providing them with accurate information regarding billing issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in customer service
  • An advanced level of English proficiency (C1)
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
