We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to handle inquiries from our buyers and sellers, providing real-time support during livestreaming sessions and identifying issues affecting users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries on our mobile app and desktop in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Track and record issues to inform the company of problems and requests for improvements.
  • Contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance team efficiency.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize customer cases to identify trends and potential system bugs.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues through high-quality service.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new knowledge to provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • A reliable computer, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
  • Excellent American English reading and writing skills.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, with ability to handle multiple customer issues simultaneously.
  • Team player with strong written communication skills.
  • Strong learning ability and initiative.
  • Excellent technical skills - phone app technical skills are vital in this role.
