We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to handle inquiries from our buyers and sellers, providing real-time support during livestreaming sessions and identifying issues affecting users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries on our mobile app and desktop in a timely and courteous manner.
- Track and record issues to inform the company of problems and requests for improvements.
- Contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance team efficiency.
- Collect, organize, and summarize customer cases to identify trends and potential system bugs.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues through high-quality service.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new knowledge to provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
- A reliable computer, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent American English reading and writing skills.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, with ability to handle multiple customer issues simultaneously.
- Team player with strong written communication skills.
- Strong learning ability and initiative.
- Excellent technical skills - phone app technical skills are vital in this role.
