Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at Lutron CNC S de RL de CV. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and providing technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform incoming inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Use measuring tools and problem-solving methodologies to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Interpret dimensional drawings and geometrical tolerances to ensure accurate product assembly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work overtime and prioritize tasks effectively
