Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing consumer-friendly designs and experiences that drive business results and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-level UX experiences and detailed interaction behaviors across platforms and devices
- Deliver end-to-end UX design process and deliverables from user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and consumer-facing page layouts
- Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define initiatives and build consensus around design requirements
- Conduct competitive and industry research to identify best practices and inform design decisions
- Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders and ensure effective communication of design concepts
- Meet objectives and strategies while adhering to tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results
Requirements
- Design degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of digital design experience (web/app)
- Well-rounded UX and interaction design skills
- Experience collaborating with business and development teams through the product lifecycle
- Experience with rapid prototyping using tools such as Axure and Invision
- Familiarity with responsive design and front-end development
- Experience creating design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries
