Job Summary

The Strategic Talent Development Partner role is a critical component of our organization's success. This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in human resources, talent development, and business operations. The ideal candidate will be able to formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly meetings with operational department heads to discuss business objectives, employee engagement, and performance metrics.
  • Provide HR guidance to line management, analyzing trends and metrics in offboarding, managing complex employee relations issues, and conducting thorough investigations.
  • Partner with the legal department to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks.
  • Develop and implement training programs to increase productivity, retention, and employee skills.
  • Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the organization's operations strategy, culture, and competition.
  • Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and administrative practices related to those factors.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $83,000 per month. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, major medical insurance, optic insurance, dental insurance, car parking, food vouchers, and more.

Work Environment
