Customer Experience Advocate

Panduit is committed to making a positive impact on the world. We are seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding collections, payments, and new inquiries. You will also assist in managing data integrity in our ERP system and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business or accounting background and 3+ years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for reviewing incoming contracts, creating new customer records, and uploading pertinent documents. You will also assist with order processing and provide excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer communication for collections, payments, and new inquiries
- Assisting with data integrity in the ERP system
- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Assisting with order processing
Education and experience:
Required: Associate's degree with a business or accounting focus
Preferred: Bachelor's degree with a business or accounting focus
Years of experience: 3+ years
Travel requirements:
Within theater to customers < 10% of time
Work shift:
Day (Mexico - Jalisco)
