Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Assist cardiologists in performing invasive and diagnostic/interventional cardiac/vascular procedures, providing care to meet patient needs and handle other duties as assigned.

  • Set up and operate electrical/imaging equipment and computers, demonstrating knowledge of hemodynamic concepts, cardiac anatomy, and physiology.
  • Provide moderate sedation administration and policy protocol, knowledge of EP concepts, theory, and fluoroscopic anatomy and physiology involved in diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • Advocate for patient needs, display good judgement and problem-solving skills, and recognize complications arising from procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and other health care providers, demonstrating excellence in communication skills and professional interaction.
