Job Description

As a Clinical Supplies Specialist, you'll play a critical role in bringing our mission to life. You'll work closely with our teams to deliver high-quality clinical supplies services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
A Day in the Life:
- Support the day-to-day operations of study drug, comparators, and ancillaries management.
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with vendor management when clinical supplies services are required to be outsourced.
- Ensure all activities are completed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements.
- Complete ongoing training on new regulations concerning all clinical supplies and GxP activities.
- Participate in and support department project teams.
- May coordinate or serve as a liaison cross-functionally.
- Request quotations from vendors and verify them against what was required by internal clients.
- Interact with other groups and departments to obtain approvals and revisions.
- Follow the Global procedures and internal agreements to place a Purchase Order.
- Participate in the GCS mini team meetings, providing insight about vendors' processes and procedures, costs, timelines, requirements, and results.
- Connect and handle the vendors selected for services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 5 years).
- Experience of clinical trials would be an advantage.
- Trade Compliance (Import and Export Regulations) advantageous.
In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
