Key Responsibilities- Drive the implementation of project-related design activities within the region of Americas, ensuring compliance with local and legal requirements in the area of Accounting.
- Identify gaps between existing Accounting functionalities of the ZF ERP Template and requirements of specific ZF sites, and develop innovative solutions to close these gaps.
- Provide input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes.
- Take on the role of a Process Expert in Accounting, defining and adjusting standard processes for the ERP Template.
- Act as a sub-project manager for the relevant process domain, ensuring the defined sub-project goals are met.
- Train Key-Users at ZF sites on process execution and data management.
- Conduct test preparation and execution with Key-Users at the site.
- Guide Key-Users in data cleansing, mapping, enriching, and validation tasks.
- Ensure proper business execution after the GoLive of the SAP ERP template.
- Act as the primary contact for Key-Users regarding project-related questions.
- Extensive process experience in the area of Accounting.
- Good functional SAP experience in Accounting, including interdependencies between processes and related SAP modules.
- Solid experience in large SAP programs and projects.
- Knowledge of specific, legal, or local Accounting process requirements.
- Able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Empathic and culturally open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals.
- Willingness to travel to different ZF sites within the region and worldwide.
