We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our culinary team as a Cook's Helper. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting our chefs in preparing and serving high-quality food to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Assist chefs in food preparation, including portioning, chopping, and storing ingredients.
- Monitor the temperature of appliances and food to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with the chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Prepare and serve food in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
