About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Fairfield by Marriott Los Cabos. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • No prior housekeeping experience is required, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
