In this role, you will be part of our team in La Tijera, Mexico, and contribute to the development of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in La Tijera, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in electronic industries and diagnostics. They should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement in quality performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve overall quality performance.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality-related topics.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools such as MSA/MCA, PCA, SPC, and IPC 610.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Our team is committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Location:

This role is based in La Tijera, Mexico, and requires occasional travel to other locations within the region.
