**Job Summary**:
A **Service Operations Coordinator** position is available to coordinate maintenance activities, requiring strong dispatch and logistics skills to ensure continuous availability of services provided to customers and performance levels of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will receive work orders from Customer Care Centers or Customer NOCs, resolve them to customer satisfaction, and provide meaningful status on repair and/or restoration activity to the customer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handling dispatch and logistics managed services involving Field Technician Workforce assigning, dispatching, and coordinating activities for corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Supporting work order management for corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- Dealing with logistics topics such as material and telecommunications device deliveries and returns to different vendors.
**Requirements**:
Welcome recent graduates or those with any bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience.
At least 6 months of experience in Service Desk or Customer Service roles.
Advanced English communication skills (90% or more) are required.
Ability to work under pressure with great service attitude.
Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills are essential.
Teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions and propose process improvements.
Availability to work flexible shifts.
Intermediate Excel and programming skills are desirable.
