- Procurement Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to procurement teams in Latin America, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Utilize your expertise in supply chain management to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze and optimize procurement processes to minimize costs and maximize value.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and project managers.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the procurement function.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record of driving cost savings and improving supplier relationships.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
