**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise the general construction process of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety, in accordance with Autozone's specifications.
- Coordinate utilities services with vendors and general contractors to ensure readiness for store opening.
- Collaborate with external assessors and general contractors to ensure environmental compliance through regular meetings.
- Close out and capitalize construction projects, ensuring accurate documentation and handover to maintenance.
**Requirements**
- Civil Engineer or Architect degree, with 5-7 years of experience in construction, architecture, or engineering.
- Excellent time management, organization, communication, and computer skills.
- Fluency in English.
