OCS Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced OCS Construction Supervisor to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our project organization, you will be responsible for leading the construction team and ensuring the successful delivery of our overhead catenary system projects.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the necessary organization of the work front to enable the delivery of the project in optimal conditions, including performance, cost, quality, and health and safety.
- Ensure that the catenary is installed in conformity with the basic and detail designs, construction procedures, quality assurance/quality control system, and time schedule.
- Report on technical issues to the engineering manager and construction manager, including detail design concerns and non-conformities reports on equipment/material.
- Prepare the 4M process before starting activities and submit it to the construction manager for starting GO decision.
- Organize tasks in a competent and consistent way to control key activities and coordinate with other contractors' site teams.
- Manage and control subcontractors' technical performance as per their subcontracting obligations.
- Collect and sign teams' reports - daily/weekly.
- Coordinate with OPC and other third parties on site.
- Ensure that the teams' and subcontractors' works are in compliance with Alstom HSE and local rules.
- Follow up on the service of the machine and maintain the highest level of availability.
- Alert and report to management on any concerns related to the job, especially regarding HSE, quality, access, etc.
- Civil work/power supply/construction diploma/degree.
- Validated experience in OCS construction supervision or team leader.
- Good knowledge of other activities, upstream to topography, such as civil works and power supply.
- Knowledge of downs.
