Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to achieve high equipment availability and minimize maintenance costs
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Develop and implement training programs for maintenance personnel
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of implementing maintenance strategies that improve equipment availability and reduce maintenance costs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
