Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per yearJob Description:

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a sales-driven environment, with a strong focus on customer service. As a Homecare Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with our essential services, prequalifying their needs, and ensuring they receive the personalized support they deserve.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Prequalification: Engage with potential clients to understand their homecare needs and prequalify them for services.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients, following up to ensure their needs are met and to assist with any questions or concerns.
  • Sales Driven: Actively pursue sales opportunities by identifying client needs and promoting our homecare services effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales or customer service, preferably in a healthcare or homecare environment.
  • Skills: Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Empathy: Demonstrated capacity to understand and relate to the unique needs of clients. Sales Skills: Strong sales drive and ability to convert leads into clients.
