Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter Merida to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying, searching and selecting top talent for the organization in a timely and efficient manner. You will act in accordance with the values, policies and norms set by Alstom, and support, monitor and measure the deployment of HR processes and tools in administration and people development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire selection process from defining the profile to making job offers, including CV screening, telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and scheduling interviews.
  • Document research methods and ensure the monitoring and maintenance of the publication of external jobs, following the employer's brand strategy.
  • Provide weekly updates and summaries of recruitment progress and activity.
  • Develop the population in the defined scope, define and drive individual development for the targeted population at site level, and ensure induction plans for new comers.
  • Participate in Resourcing Forums to increase internal mobility across sites and businesses, identify suitable people for existing or forecasted vacancies, and build up and manage the talent pipeline.
  • Support, monitor and measure the deployment of HR Processes and tools on people development, follow some industrial relations topics for the HRBP, and implement and follow KPIs for the perimeter.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, public/business administration or closely related field.
  • Solid experience working with Social Media (LinkedIn: LinkedIn Recruiter, infojobs) and HRIS.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Spanish and command of the English language, written and spoken.

Desirable

  • Experience of working in matrix organization.
  • Multicultural work experience international and matrix organisations.
  • Experience in the use of spreadsheets, word processing, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience in compensation and classification, recruitment, benefits administration, accounting, finance.
