Loan Processor

**Loan Processor Role**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team at Bay Management Group. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the credit standings of applicants, gathering necessary documentation, and working with title agents and attorneys to review title policies and loan documents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assess credit standings of applicants through background research

• Gather all necessary documentation from potential borrowers

• Work with title agents and attorneys to review title policies and loan documents

• Save all documents and executed settlement statements in appropriate folders

• Interview applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loans or mortgages

• Conclude on all applicable financial and non-financial criteria and develop loan repayment plans

• Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation and action items

**Requirements:**

• Proven working experience in a Loan Processor role

• Good knowledge of the industry

• Comprehension of direct and indirect lending procedures

• In-depth understanding of relevant rules and regulations

• Extremely detail-oriented

• Excellent communication and sales skills

• Balance between customer satisfaction orientation and results-driven approach
