Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Geoscience Specialist IV - Petrophysics Domain Champion to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the alignment and integration of answer products related to Petrophysics and other relevant domains.

• Lead the Petrophysics Answer Products Roadmap: Consolidate feedback from customers in different geographies and drive the required efforts for development and commercialization.
• Maintain High Standards of Corporate Governance: Ensure that all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with our Security, Compliance & HSE policies, Management System, relevant laws, regulations, standards, and industry practices.
• Develop and Deliver Petrophysical Training Courses: Build and deliver detailed Petrophysical training courses internally and/or externally to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees and customers.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with R&D, software, and other relevant groups to develop and sustain answer products involving Petrophysics.
• Drive Financial Performance: Monitor the financial performance of Petrophysics-related products and identify challenges and opportunities for financial improvement.
• Develop Business Acumen Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients (internal or external) and adjust technical conversations to different levels according to the target audience.

• Education: BSc. in Engineering or Science in an accredited university.
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Petrophysics and subsurface evaluation domains.
• Skills: Ability to analyze a wide variety of subsurface evaluation scenarios, detailed knowledge of customer objectives, and financial understanding of key metrics for project evaluation.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in R&D projects and product development.
• Post-Graduate Studies: Post-graduate studies related to Geoscience domains.

Travel Requirement: This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to 10-25%.
