Job Summary:
As a Help Desk Analyst at Baja Call Center, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users. You will be the first point of contact for our employees, resolving their IT-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and document tickets submitted by users, including computer name, problem description, and required assistance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely or on-site at our Baja Call Center sites
• Accurately track incoming and outgoing inventory
• Share knowledge with IT staff and report campaign outages
• Collaborate with agents, supervisors, admins, and other IT staff to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in Helpdesk at level 1 or level 2
• Experience with IT ticketing systems
• Experience in 200+ user environment
• English level Intermediate (Verbal & Written)
• Technical or BA in Computer Science or related fields
• Desired experience with imaging software, endpoint management software, endpoint security software, and enterprise ticketing systems
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position
• Salary: $4,500.00 per week
• 10-hour shift
