Digital Experience Strategist

This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute comprehensive omnichannel strategies, working closely with product teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
As a Digital Experience Strategist, you will be responsible for co-creating end-to-end communication strategies that support product teams in achieving their outcomes and connecting with customers across multiple channels.
Your role will involve ensuring the operability of the omnichannel platform, advising on improvements, and maximizing impact for our customers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Customer Territory Leads, Key Product Specialists, and MSLs, as well as external partners, such as Customers, Key Decision Makers, and HCPs.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspire and co-create brand strategies/materials with an omnichannel approach to maximize resource impact
- Leverage disease and product information to maximize customer experience, awareness, and early treatment
- Become an agent of change to ensure all product team outcomes are achieved through individualized communication channels by stakeholders' segment and prioritization
- Provide insightful strategic inputs, co-create, and incorporate the voice of our customers to deliver valuable solutions in all potential channels
