We are looking for a Hardware and Software Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting local hardware and software licensing for R&D teams and managing standard tools such as QIP, HPAM, Active Directory, and Ivanti.
**Responsibilities:**
- Support Apps (software) in standalone computers
- Manage standard tools of Continental
- First level support to engineering apps of R&D
- Implement and maintenance of the cybersecurity activities related computers equipment according Cybersecurity policy
- Replacement of obsolete computer equipment
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor degree in Systems Engineer or similar
- Hardware and Software support experience
- Microsoft operating systems knowledge
- Microsoft Office
- Basic English
