Tijuana Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer I to join our team at Integer Holdings Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform work involving general engineering methods and tools, ensuring that Integer's internal and external customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including Quality Management Systems (QMS) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.
- Under the supervision of experienced engineering mentors and managers, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria in making adaptations and modifications to existing products and processes.
- Review procedures and plans prior to implementation, as well as evaluate existing products, processes, and materials for failure analysis and potential improvements.
- Participate in projects that require investigating, developing, documenting, and implementing new product and process technologies of moderate complexity and scope.
- Perform work on technical projects, following Integer's standard quality management and production system methodologies to investigate opportunities for product and process improvements.
- Apply standard data analysis practices and techniques to establish root cause for product and process failures or to support the justification for improvements.
- Collaborate with others in the exchange of information, ask questions, and regularly check for understanding in support of your development as an engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other associates and cross-functional teams.
- Competencies in both written and oral communications.
- Positive, can-do attitude with an underlying belief that failure is not an option.
