Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled R2R CoE Senior Accounting Associate to join our team at Carrier. This role will be responsible for supporting specific Record to Report Center of Excellence (RTR COE) functions and streamlining processes while ensuring strong and uniform controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accounting and controls for specific Carrier RTR COE activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial results, monthly closing and compliance activities.
- Confirm procedures and controls are in alignment with US GAAP reporting requirements and Corporate policies.
- Perform and report on activities to include critical RTR activities around balance sheet and reconciliations.
- Lead small-scale projects.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years combined relevant experience in RTR, coding and approving invoices, general ledger, cash application, bank reconciliation.
- Fluent conversational English level.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Detailed-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet corporate deadlines.
- Manufacturing industry experience a plus.
