Simops PTW Coordinator

**SIMOPS PTW COORDINATOR** required by our Client, an Oil and Gas Operator, to be assigned on a Contract basis.

**DURATION** **12 months on-going**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitate Client policies and procedures regarding control of work on Existing Facilities, specifically Client permitting of activities and SIMOPs planning
- Ensure Client OPTW process is known, understood, and actively implemented by the Phase 1 Project team
- Access and utilize the Project schedule to assist in determining if upcoming Project activities have the potential to be impacted by Client approvals
- Liaise directly with Client Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Site Lead, Start-Up Lead, and Commissioning discipline Leads regarding ongoing Contractor site activities and upcoming field interfaces
- Support Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/safety reviews. Ensure JSAs for all Project activities are in place prior to work start. Coordinate with Client HSE team to address any readiness issues
- Attend Client periodic planning meetings to describe and represent Project activities to the coordinating team. Ensure any identified issues or SIMOPs concerns are proactively returned to the Site Management team for action
- Interface with Operations team to align their daily responsibilities and specific personnel needed for an early work start of Project activities in Existing Facilities. Ensure approvers of all permit types are engaged and prepared to support
- Ensure Contractor representatives have access to all Client process tools so they can prepare, review, and submit OPTW for their activities. Manage the Client portal access for the electronic permit platform as well as the OHWP forms as needed
- Provide technical support and assistance in activity planning, readiness checks, coordinating, and team representation for Project activity within the Client Property and specifically the Existing Facilities
- Assess any Contractor activities within Contractor-controlled areas that may potentially impact Client-controlled areas or Client's activities within or adjacent to Contractor-controlled areas
- Coordinate the necessary permitting (Client or Contractor) for any Client E&C third-party activities to be performed on the Property or the Existing Facilities
- Accumulate Permit information history and develop charts and diagrams to demonstrate trends and issues to Site Management and the wider Owner management team
- Support the Client's Site Records Management Procedure for any pertaining documentation. Assist in its implementation and propose improvements as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned (no more than 10% of duties)
