About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Specialist to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our CPI team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process for finance streams activities, managing solutions, and driving new opportunities for automation and standardization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the point of contact for all automation and standardization activities within the CBS FI Streams
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new opportunities for improvement in collaboration with CPI Stream Coordinators
  • Supervise the design, development, and implementation of new tools to automate processes for all FI Streams
  • Manage the maintenance of scripts, bots, and RPAs, ensuring they remain operational
  • Coordinate available resources for automation and manage initiatives and projects related to automation
  • Act as the key contact and interface between the IT team and CBS Subject Matter Experts requesting automation
Additional Responsibilities
  • Share best practices with CBS Centers through benchmarking
  • Monitor, manage, and provide support and training to CPI Stream Coordinators to ensure the completion of automation initiatives
  • Develop, train, and provide continuous support to a self-directed team of CPI Stream Coordinators
  • Act as a consultant for CPI Stream Coordinators and carry out work using the FEED methodology
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 6 months of experience in developing solutions using SAP Scripting, UiPath, VBA, GAS, JAVA, JavaScript, Python
  • Fluent English
  • Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management, RPA Technology, Data Mining, or Data Analytics (desired)
