Commercial Attorney

Your tasks will include reviewing and advising on legal matters, supporting all business units nationwide in Mexico, and reviewing and drafting credit, trust, and other guarantee agreements. You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing various types of agreements, analyzing and implementing local regulations, and monitoring and providing legal advice regarding compliance with guidelines issued by Mexican authorities regarding the automotive industry and relationship with the Government for compliance with guidelines. Additionally, you will coordinate, follow-up, and negotiate litigation in which the group companies are part, as well as contact with external lawyers in charge of them, and provide legal support for special projects, such as joint ventures and spin-offs. Furthermore, you will coordinate and provide legal advice for the negotiation and signing of different legal documents with clients, and have a direct relationship for legal support, and advise and support CREM negotiations in Mexican localities.

**Requirements**:

- Law School
- English
- REPSE agreements experience.
