Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate schedule updates
  • Analyze and evaluate subcontractor performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Resource load scheduling and perform risk analysis
  • Conduct earned value management and provide performance measurement insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, plus 6+ years of experience in Planning & Scheduling
  • Proven expertise in transportation design projects, including airports, highways, rail systems, and tunnels
  • Proficiency in Oracle, MS Excel, Autocad, Navisworks, and Primavera P6
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
