Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented Shift Manager to support our last mile operations execution in the region. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in meeting our customers' expectations by providing first-class delivery services while liaising with multiple stakeholders.

1. Setting Performance Goals: Ensure productivity on route is maximized through training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis.
2. Quality Control: Partner with the AMZL Delivery Station under the roof (UTR) management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
3. Process Improvement: Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure alignment of goals and tasks to guarantee the overall success of the program.
5. Strategic Planning: Forecast performance and resolve problems.

• You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of experience at Amazon (blue badge/FTE).
• You can work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• You have 2+ years of general experience.
• You possess a solid understanding/background from Last mile operations.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have 1+ years as a people manager.

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on your location and qualifications.
